What we collect

growfleet.io is an information and tools website. We only collect personal data when you choose to send it to us:

• Enquiry details you submit through a contact form on this site: your name (if given), email address, and any message or details you add.
• Technical data needed to deliver the site securely and prevent spam, such as your IP address and browser information at the moment you submit a form.

We do not run advertising or analytics tracking cookies on growfleet.io. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, kept on your device and never sent to us. Our fonts are served from this site, not a third party.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your enquiry details to reply to you and to help you with GrowFleet. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you started). We do not add you to any marketing list from an enquiry, and we do not sell your data.

Who it goes to

Enquiries are handled through GrowFleet, which is also operated by Apps 365 Ltd. To run the service we use trusted providers (for example, secure hosting and email or CRM infrastructure) who process data on our instructions under contract. Where any provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised in line with our retention practices.

Your rights
